E-resources are growing, the publishers approach is changing with several mergers, unifications, and take over. Causing barriers to accessibility in terms of interface, availability and most importantly legal and administrative issues arise at such time. These are being handled by various libraries differently and suitable to individual needs. If given an opportunity, these experiences and practices can be shared and evolved to develop best practices. These changes not only affect the availability, but also force changes in budgeting processes and at time also force change in renewals of titles. The conference aims at providing a platform to address these issues.
